1. About us

This store is operated by Nova Spheres, Haseeb Abdul, a sole proprietor in Germany (see our Legal Notice). By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the product is unavailable, the price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

3. Personalized products and your photo

Each product is made to order from the photo you upload. You confirm that you own the photo or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful content. We may refuse to engrave a photo that appears to violate these rules. You keep all rights to your photo and give us permission to use it only to produce your order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency (USD or AUD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is due when you place your order.

5. Shipping

Production and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and cancellations

Personalized items are final sale except for damaged, defective or wrong items, as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Product appearance

Each crystal is engraved individually. Small variations in detail, size and color of the LED base are normal and not defects. Images on our site are for illustration.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence that apply to you.

10. Changes and contact
