Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Australia. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, APO/FPO or freight-forwarding addresses. Please enter a complete street address at checkout.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders to the United States and Australia.

Production time

Every crystal is made to order with your photo. Production takes up to 14 days before your order ships.

Delivery time

After shipping, delivery usually takes another 7 to 15 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers, customs processing, weather and holiday volume.

Holiday orders

Because each item is made to order, please order early if you need it by a specific date such as Christmas.

Tracking

When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show updates.

Import duties

Your crystal is produced by our manufacturing partner outside your country and imported to you. Depending on current import rules in the United States or Australia, the carrier or customs authority may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees on delivery. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders refused or not collected because of import charges are not eligible for a refund.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering so we can correct it. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you. See our Refund Policy for details.
